Catering to rapid development of TBNA, TOEC has been keeping active to catch the opportunities of integrating itself into the national development strategy, and in three phases made a plan to accelerate development of 80,000 square meters land in TOEC’s Binhai factory, TBNA. Buildings of the first phase have been put into use in May 2007 and of the second will be finished in the end of 2011,while of the third can bring us enough time to make greater development. |
