Product development is conducted by a first-class and highly-experienced development team made up of more than 200 personnel with undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and 18 experts who enjoy special subsidies from China’s States Council. The team is not only capable of bringing in, assimilating, and absorbing advanced overseas technology, but also of independent development and engineering practice.Our R&D Centre consists of some key laboratories, in the areas of facsimile machines, optical communications, software, ICs, wireless communication and radio,etc. It also enjoys an established cooperative relationship with various highly respected universities and institutes in China, including the Nankai University, Tianjin University, Xidian University. It was appointed the Municipal R&D Centre for Industrial Information Technology in Tianjin, it have also been rewarded with more than 110 patents, such as Facsimile Machine SMS Receive&Print Device. TOEC has currently marketed products under seven registered brands.
